Question: Safety for a toyota mr2 about tires.?

Hey when you go for a safety for an mr2, do i nee the Stock tires? size or could have i use something else like P195 all the way around? or 205 on the back and 195 on the front?

It's a toyota, tires dont matter. The good news is you'll get great gas mileage when your breaks fail out and you cant stop!

I have been doing Texas state inspections for 30 plus years and as long as the tires are in good shape it will not matter..

The only thing inspection looks for concerning tires is the wear and whether they rub when turned. Other than that inspection doesn't care about size, make or pattern.
