Question: I own a 1986 mazda b2000 and the transmission makes a weird noise?

First off the truck only has 118xxx miles on it and everything works good but the transmission makes Grinding noises in every gear but 4th (its a 5 speed) it just recently had a tranny flush and there was hardly any metal shavings on the magnet on the tranny plug so its not like the gears are grinding someone said it could be the input shaft bearing but then why would it do it in every gear but 4th the truck pretty much sat for 8 years so i dont know if it will just work it self out or what

It could be the syncromesh on all the other gears
