Question: Will putting a holden commodore exhaust on a little nissan sunny damage the car in any way?

Wont fit as the cars are different chassis. go to your local mechanic. ask him to fit a 2.5 inch exhaust. done

No, shouldn't damage it in any way. An exhaust only directs fumes out.

Exhaust does not make the noise the motor does. Using a V-8 motor exhaust on a little Put Put car won't really change the noise of the small displacement motor. Holden car is different on the underside exhaust on the Sunny exhaust routes around different things.
