Question: I need to find what insurance company covers the automotive shop in sarasota called full throttle srq?

This shop completely destroyed my motor and i need to find who there insurance company is so i can get my money back from the shop and enough money to fix my car. i spend $10, 000 at this shop and i got my car back covered in overspray, the motor had a good amount of dirt in it, only half the parts i payed for were installed on the car and the had no idea on what they were doing to install what parts they did put on. i have had the car at another shop and the have told me that whoever worked on the car should not have been touching it and they were inexperienced. that was a mechanic's shop that had a very good reputation and over 30 years of experience.

Wow, I read your question that sure sucks, YOU HAVE TO PROVE ALL THIS STUFF so I HOPE you have the records from the full throttle, then pictures of the shoddy work and pictures of dirt and a list of parts you were supposed to have, and a list of parts the second shop said it really had, then you need the second shop to document and be prepared to testify about the poor previous shops work, You will have to file a small claims suit, and prove all of your allegations in court, otherwise full throttle will just ignore your requests, they do not have to tell you thier insurance, and you cannot force them to pay you for damages, unless you prove by a preponderance of the evidence they screwed up your car. I believe you, I sure hope you are able to document, have taken pictures of the dirt and the damage and any overspray. best of luck, it may take awhile to do all this, but it can be done. stick with it.
